Sad news ... and some new arrivals

Very sadly Benjamin Bunny and then Peter Rabbit passed away on the 26th and 28th of December 2009 from a sudden onset of sore stomach and associated problems, they are missed very much by those who loved and looked after them. Rest in peas little ones.

After returning to my flat after New Year I decided it was far far too quiet without bunny company ... so out I popped and now have Freyja Rabbit and Iris Rabbit ... named after immortals (hopefully they'll last longer). Freyja is of course a Norse deity, and Iris was the Ancient Greek goddess/representation of the rainbow and one of the messengers to the Gods.


Freyja is a Lionhead rabbit ...

And Iris (the more timid of the two) is a Netherland dwarf
